A used postcard of the Three Modern Hospitals, Veterans' Administration Research, Passavant, and Wesley Memorial Hospitals located in Chicago, Illinois. Written on the back, left side, "Hi Folks, Here I am again never stay home but really am having a lovely visit. see you soo, May Flannery." Written on the back, right side, "Mr. & Mrs. Travis Klanka, Titusville Road, Red Oaks Mills, N.Y." One three cent postage stamp of the Statue of Liberty on the back, upper right corner. Postmarked on June 20, 1950.
