dc.description	Arbois (Jura), 29th September 1884 Dear Minister, I am taking perhaps a little indiscreet liberty to recommend to your benevolence the request of Mr. René Guillemot, President of the Civil Tribunal in Riom (Puy-de-Dôme), who is currently expressing to obtain a counselor seat at the Court of Riom.
