Abstract
Postcard of Fitzsimons U.S. General Hospital in Denver, Colorado. "This new building at Fitzsimons U.S. General Hospital is ten stories high and contains six hundred and eight beds. It is a cream colored brick structure with an entrance of white Colorado marble and cost three and one half million dollars."
Description
A used postcard of the Fitzsimons U.S. General Hospital located in Denver Colorado. Written on back, left side, "We arrived at Denver Saterday afternoon. Today is a very hot day. We are now going to Colorado Springs." Written on back, right side, "Miss Katherine Sweeny, 508 East Third Ave, Asbury Park, NJ." Postmarked on July 7, 1947. One cent postage stamp of George Washington on back, upper right corner.
