A used postcard of the County Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. "From your Grandon, Charles," is written on the back, left side. "Mary Showers, Liverpool Perry Co., Pa. R.F.D. #1," is written on the back right side. One cent postage stamp of Benjamin Franklin on the back, upper right corner. Postmarked on April 30, 1909.
