A used postcard of the U.S. Marine Hospital located in Chicago, Illinois. Written on the back, left side, "Dear Friend Helen, just arrived home today & leave you know as I will expect you to go Friday but I think we will be far to early as you say 8 oclok will have to wait until 9:30 but I will try to be there around 8 if it looks like rain dont -- away Friend Helen." Written on the back, right side, "Miss Helen Schuman, 14 Western Ave, Blue Old Ill." One cent postage stamp of Benjamin Franklin on the back, upper right corner. Postmarked on August 9, 1911.
